We’re Committed to You
ASUG was founded on the principle that people who come together around a common cause can do some pretty amazing things. Given global events today, the importance of that principle has never meant more to our network.
ASUG has postponed all face-to-face events and conferences (including chapter meetings) through May, and we are actively working to reschedule these important gatherings for a time later in the year. In planning future events for our customers, we are realistic regarding the unprecedented challenges, while also remaining optimistic about our ability to connect ASUG members at small, in-person gatherings or via flexible, virtual channels.
We know that even in this period of change and uncertainty, business has not stopped—and we’re working every day to bring you new opportunities to virtually connect with peers and colleagues.

Business Leaders and SAP Customers Discuss COVID-19 Response Efforts
Now that the COVID-19 pandemic has arrived in the U.S. and Canada, many businesses are being forced to re-examine their existing operations or reimagine the way they move forward as they provide their products and services.
What do they start doing? What do they stop doing? And who do they turn to for help?
A Pulse Check on ASUG Members During COVID-19
We recently emailed the ASUG Pulse Check survey to our members, asking how they were adapting to new work and business practices during COVID-19.
We also wanted to know whether IT projects and staffing were being affected, and, lastly, how ASUG can help.

Networking
Peer-to-Peer Gatherings
In these turbulent times, you need answers—fast. ASUG members can now join our ASUG Think Tank calls. These peer-led, interactive virtual meetings give members an opportunity to connect with peers in similar roles and functional responsibilities.
ASUG Express Virtual Events
ASUG is now offering live 90-minute virtual events for all ASUG members, covering both SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite, starting on June 3. Attendees will learn how to move their organizations forward and make informed technology decisions during these challenging times.
C-Level Connections
ASUG Executive Exchange began holding a series of online meetings to allow our members to share how COVID-19 is affecting their organizations and what steps they are taking to address these challenges. The two main topics were employee health and safety, and how IT leaders are ensuring infrastructure can support the massive and new remote-work challenges at their organizations.
To continue the conversation, ASUG Executive Exchange is hosting a virtual summit, United in Leadership. We are bringing together thought leaders and experts to provide a “one-stop shop” for critical information to help individuals and organizations understand their options and empower them to make informed decisions for both today and tomorrow.
Industry and Technology Conferences
ASUG remains committed to our portfolio of in-person conferences taking place this fall. We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation, and we will provide updates concerning in-person events on an as-needed basis.
In planning future events for our customers in 2020, we are realistic regarding the unprecedented challenges, while also remaining optimistic about our ability to connect ASUG members at small, in-person gatherings or via flexible, virtual channels.
