ASUG has joined with DSAG (Deutschsprachige SAP-Anwendergruppe), the SAP user group serving German-speaking countries, to examine the similarities and differences between SAP customers across borders in our most ambitious collaborative research study to date.
Our goal was to better understand what kinds of experiences customers in different countries are having with SAP and its products—particularly SAP S/4HANA. We gathered data from hundreds of customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who are considering implementing SAP S/4HANA and those who are already live on the ERP system. You’ll learn the benefits customers across markets have achieved from going live, as well as the hurdles they expected versus what they actually experienced.
You will discover:
- Differences in product use and interest between markets
- How customer attitudes change before and after SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Which business areas customers are bringing onto SAP S/4HANA first
Carolyn Szczurek, market research manager at ASUG, will share the results from our quantitative and qualitative studies. We’ll discuss our findings and gain additional perspective from special guests DSAG CEO Mario Gunter, DSAG board member Otto Schell, and ASUG CEO Geoff Scott.
Please join us for this special live webcast and Q&A to take advantage of the opportunity to understand what SAP customers are experiencing in Europe and North America, as well as what they’re learning during their SAP S/4HANA implementations.
