Welcome to the Energy and Natural Resources Community Alliance!

This new program offering is a culmination of ASUG peer groups that fall under Energy and Natural Resources Community Alliance functionalities, brought together to create a new community.

With this new community, ASUG aims to create a space where people and organizations can find the most value from their technology investments. Creating a space where members feel a sense of belonging will be our focus, and we’re excited for you to join us on this journey.

The Virtual ASUG Energy Alliance Town Hall will bring together members for a comprehensive update on our ongoing initiatives and future plans. We will begin with an Alliance mapping and introductions to familiarize participants with the group’s structure and key contacts. Following this, our Task Forces will present an overview, focusing on the Chemicals/Clean Core Task Force and its recent activities. We will also highlight notable events and recordings from recent sessions.  We will review key takeaways from the SAP4U Conference, discussing how these insights can be leveraged within our community. Finally, a "Know Before You Go" (KBYG) segment will prepare attendees for the upcoming ASUG Best Practices Conference, ensuring everyone is equipped to make the most of this important event.

This discussion will focus on:

  • Introduction to Alliance Structure: Participants will gain a clear understanding of the ASUG Energy Alliance's structure, key contacts, and the roles of various members.
  • Task Force Updates: An overview of the Chemicals/Clean Core Task Force will be provided, along with highlights from recent events and recordings.
  • Conference Insights and Preparation: Key learnings from the SAP4U Conference will be shared, and attendees will receive essential information to prepare for the upcoming ASUG Best Practices Conference.

Our objectives for you as a Town Hall attendee:

  • Come to the Town Hall ready to discuss your challenges, pain points, topics of interest, questions, and experiences. You can email your thoughts and questions before the call by contacting adelina.carr@asug.com.
  • Participate live during the event by unmuting your mic, turning on your video, or sharing in the On24 chat feature.
  • Understand the challenges and successes other SAP customers are experiencing.
  • Acquire new ideas for real-world solutions.
  • Make a lasting new industry connection.
