John has over 20 years of SAP implementation and post go-live support experience, in various roles and across a multitude of industries. In his current role as Esri’s S/4HANA program manager, John is responsible for leading Esri’s multi-year digital transformation on the S/4HANA platform.

Syed has over 16 years of experience as an IT leader. He has been part of leading several digital transformation efforts including driving DevSecOps maturity across his organization. Syed’s teams at Esri are responsible for managing system’s infrastructure and operations across the globe. Currently his engineering teams are focused on helping transform their SAP environment infrastructure and accelerating adoption of the platform in Azure via DevSecOps automation.
