You – The Business User

Today, companies are realizing the benefits gained from cross-functional work integration via sophisticated enterprise technologies. But what does this mean to you, the business user? Quite simply, it's forcing you to acquire a new business-process mindset and skill-set moving forward.

And at SAP ERP 101, that’s exactly what you will get, from fundamental concepts to hands-on execution with SAP ERP. In this three-day SAP ERP workshop, you first learn about essential core concepts such as triggers, tasks, data, and outcomes in a manufacturing organization. From there, the focus will be on skills enhancement as you gain hands-on experience executing business processes using SAP ERP software.

Who Should Attend ... and Why?

Traditionally, a business user was considered an expert in one functional area, often insulated by departmental divisions such as accounting, sales and marketing, manufacturing, etc. But those barriers are coming down as new enterprise systems are going up. Today, users must understand interdependent business processes and demonstrate proficiency in the systems that support them.

This workshop is for anyone who uses ― or will use ― SAP at any level. From new hires to experienced staffers, from key functional areas such as finance, warehousing, manufacturing, operations, procurement, order fulfillment, and sales support (order entry), or any IT professional new to SAP
