The City of Richmond Hill worked with a mosaic of systems to deliver ERP capabilities. Lacking an HR information system and a core financial instance, the city decided to embark on its journey with SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors. The city leveraged the SAP Activate Methodology and complemented it via its Architecture Review Board (ARB) to oversee the facilitation of the system(s)
