C/4HANA is the new term used to refer to SAP’s portfolio of customer-facing, cloud-based software. C/4HANA includes SAP Marketing Cloud (formerly Hybris Marketing), SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris Commerce), SAP Sales Cloud (formerly Cloud for Sales, together with the Callidus Cloud acquisition), Service Cloud (formerly Cloud for Service and SAP Customer Engagement Center, together with the CoreSystems acquisition) and SAP Customer Data Cloud (formerly Hybris Profile together with the Gigya acquisition). C/4HANA applications run on SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) and natively integrate with the S/4HANA backend (including the new S/4HANA for Customer Management “CRM Add-On”), providing customers with an integrated end-to-end solution.
