Utilities and policymakers recognize that services like water and electricity are essential to peoples’ health, safety, and comfort. Since mid-March, they have taken steps to keep these services accessible to customers. To combat delinquency and moratorium, Metropolitan Utilities District has relied on SAP Analytics Cloud dashboard and insights to improve financial stability and visibility to customer receivables.
