- Defining workflow approvals by program and award amount

Nora Costa has more than 20 years of functional and technical experience leading, developing and implementing Talent Management (compensation, performance, recognition and reward) solutions for organizations including CVS Health, Bank of America, Iron Mountain and more. Ms. Costa’s experience is multi-faceted. She has been a client of SAP® SuccessFactors® Talent Management Suite, led the solutions consulting and implementation services at Salary.com, held several compensation function management roles and was appointed and served as the Co-chair of the Massachusetts Advisory Board on Compensation for Elected Officials. Most recently she was the Senior Director, Compensation at CVS Health. Ms. Costa holds WorldatWork certifications as a CCP and GRP.
