Lane Hale joined Devon in 2012 and is responsible for IT operations and capability development for Finance & Accounting, HR, Marketing, and Corporate Communications. Prior to Devon Energy, Lane held positions as a consultant and analyst with various companies. Lane graduated from Baylor University with a degree in business.

Greg Dolezel joined Devon in 2010 and is their Senior Manager of IT and supports the following business functions: Supply Chain, Enterprise Asset Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Marketing, and Corporate Services. Greg specializes in strategizing, planning, and delivering SAP-centric solutions across upstream and downstream segments. He has 18 years of systems implementation and integration experience, 16 of those in the oil and gas industry. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
