This session of the QM webcast series will take a deeper dive into processing non-conformances using SAP Quality Notifications and SAP Quality Issue Management (QIM).  QM and QIM can be used for Supplier non-conformances, Internal Quality Issues, Customer Complaints, CAPA, 8D and other scenarios.  The session will cover a blend of standard Quality Notification Types along with how to customize using SAP User Exits and Action boxes.  We will compare and contrast SAP QIM.  We will also cover mobile options using SAP Fiori.
