Get a sneak preview of a 2019 SAP-Centric EAM session featuring Chesapeake Energy Corporation and Evora in this Q & A style webcast with speakers Vearl Tolbert, Asset Management Coordinator, Chesapeake Energy Corporation and Bill Padula, EVP Strategic Consulting, Evora.
This is Chesapeake Energy’s story.
As a part of our SAP EDGE project to improve the efficiencies of our operations maintaining our well sites, assets, and unify our corrective and preventive maintenance scheduling, Chesapeake Energy deployed SAP Work Manager to our 800-plus technicians across six states in 2016. While we gained some of the benefits we hoped to achieve, we did not get everything and were questioning the value of our investment. We started down path to evaluate and pilot alternative solutions until a chance meeting at the 2018 SAP-Centric EAM conference with Evora helped us to understand that the issues we were experiencing were common, solvable, and we could streamline Work Manager to satisfy our users in the field. Join our session to hear the challenges we faced, the many ways we tried to solve them, and how we ultimately turned things around without excessive cost.
Key Business Benefits:
