In this session we will discuss the various phases of a technical conversion. Before starting, we will show how to check source system requirements for technical blockage or pre-work required to meet the minimal requirements for SAP S/4HANA and DMO of SUM. Then dive into the conversion process in a project scenario with in depth discussion of the Uptime and Downtime phases of DMO of SUM.
