Speaker Bio:
In her current position as Sr. Manager Customer Engagements for North America, within SAP’s– Maintenance Go-To Market (MGTM) team, Kristen is responsible for engaging customers to assist and educate them on the value of their SAP Support investments, as well as driving utilization of support services across their landscape. Kristen is responsible for coordinating and driving programs externally with organizations such as ASUG, meeting with SAP customers to discuss how to fully realize value from SAP Support, and enabling internal SAP sales teams on how to educate their customers regarding what is available within the SAP Support portfolio.
In Kristen’s 13+ years with SAP, she has held several roles including Customer Service Manager, Customer Insight Team Manager, and Communications Manager for Product Support. She is dedicated to helping customers derive value from their SAP investments.
In his current position as Sr. Director Customer Engagements for North America, within SAP’s– Maintenance Go-To Market (MGTM) team, VerNeil is responsible for leading the execution of a newly-formed initiative that is focused on engaging with SAP on a larger scale to educate customers on the value of their SAP Support investments and ensure that they fully leverage the offering. VerNeil is responsible for coordinating and driving programs externally with organizations such as ASUG, meeting with SAP customers to discuss how to fully realize value from SAP Support, and enabling internal SAP sales teams on how to educate their customers regarding what is available within the SAP Support portfolio.
In VerNeil’s 10+ years with SAP he has held several roles including Premium Engagements Sales, Maintenance Sales Director, and was a member of the SAP Global Employee Champions Group.
Prior to joining SAP, VerNeil served in numerous sales, support, and leadership roles across a variety of industries such as Forest Products, Transportation/Logistics, CRM, Competitive Intelligence, and ERP software with companies such as Weyerhaeuser, Georgia-Pacific, UPS, and i2 Technologies.
VerNeil is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association, holds a Private Pilot Certificate, was a graduate of the Weyerhaeuser Leadership Institute and because of his military upbringing and background is a supporter and associate member for numerous Veterans organizations including Wounded Warrior, Got Your Six, Military Order of the Purple Heart, Vietnam Veterans, and the North Texas Patriot Guard Riders. In addition, VerNeil volunteers and supports special-needs children and adults through organizations such as Make-A-Wish, Angel Flight, Wish-With-Wings, and Camp Summit.
