Hosted by: Utilities Industry
If you're in the unique role of an Enterprise Architect at your Utilities organization, then you need to be at this virtual session. Our focus is to engage Utilities architects like you and help you be more effective in your architecture practices and program. You'll be able to connect virtually with architects from leading Utilities organizations and share stories of successes and strategies that work and lessons learned on the road to architecting the utility of the future.
Through a facilitated discussion, we'll draw out a picture of the current state of enterprise architecture in the Utilities industry and identify shared challenges including: digital transformation, SAP S/4HANA, IT/OT convergence, balancing customer and asset focus, dealing with regulatory mandates, and many others. Outcomes from these discussions and other information sources will be compiled into a white paper and other material to be shared with the ASUG Utility Enterprise Architect and the ASUG Utilities communities.
Outcomes from this virtual roundtable session will help drive future ASUG Utility architect’s activities. We plan to continue our discussions both online and further at face-to-face events such as SAPPHIRE NOW® and ASUG Annual Conference, and Eventful Conferences’ SAP for Utilities event to keep the focus, conversation, and shared learnings going as a community.
Participants will gain these benefits:
- Learn and share Utilities EA leading practices from a wide variety of organizations.
- Take away winning strategies and approaches to empower your EA programs at your Utilities organization.
- Connect with other Utilities EAs to collaborate with during events and afterwards.
- Learn how to plug in to our ASUG Utility Enterprise Architect’s microcommunity to learn, share, and collaborate all-year-round
