Never before have utility companies faced so much change.  Some customers have become energy producers.  More municipalities have decided to deregulate. There is mounting pressure to seek out renewable sources of energy.  Utilities are collecting data from smart home devices from meters to thermostats and by analyzing these vast data lakes, utility companies can launch new service-based business models that will become increasingly important revenue sources.

Mr. Bailey has more than 30 years tenure in the Utility Industry sector and is responsible for managing the Solution Management experts within the Global Utilities Business Unit.

Mr. Bailey’s achievements include working for major Energy fuel Supply Company, designing Work and Safety management software systems for leading Utility companies, designing and patenting software products for regulatory compliance, a published author on business strategies and extensive background around Customer Systems, Enterprise Asset Management, Smart Grid, AMI and eMobility (electric vehicles) within the Utility Industry sector.

Bailey holds a BS in Computer Information Science and Robotics.
